Villa Dimosthenis is a fully detached villa with a private swimming pool, set amongst the beautiful olive groves of Pano Stalos area. The location gives to one the feeling of the countryside, yet the distance of the villa from Chania Old Town with the historic Venetian Harbour and Chania city centre is only ten kilometres’ drive away and one can get the best from both worlds. The area is very peaceful; the views to the valley and the sea are magnificent, however the town of Pano Stalos is within easy walking distance from the villa, and the sandy beach of Stalos is only two kilometres away.

Dimosthenis villa is on three floors, and it consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor consists of an open-plan fully equipped and fully furnished kitchen/living room and dining area along with a second lounge area and a wc. The four bedrooms (two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with two single beds each) with the two bathrooms are on the higher levels. Villa Dimosthenis has A/C throughout.

Villa Dimosthenis offers all amenities one would ask for in a holiday home, such as: wi-fi, large electric kitchen; large refrigerator; washing machine; and all kitchen electrical appliances as well as utensils.

The outside area had been well designed too, and it has beautiful landscaping; large swimming pool (with kids’ pool as well); a stone-built (built-in) barbeque area, and outside dining area, with views to the valley and the sea. All sun-loungers/sun-beds and umbrellas are provided to the guests.

Maid Service : Bed linen and towels are changed weekly (new towels, linen and maid service will be at the apartment on the 3rd day of your arrival. Maids will arrive between 10:00am and 4:00pm. Maids will generally tidy the apartment, wash dishes and take out the garbage.

The aera of Pano Stalos, which is within walking distance to the villa (600 metres’ away), can offer all facilities such as tavernas; mini-markets; coffee shops, and the small lively sea-side town of Stalos has numerous bars; cafes; restaurants; traditional tavernas; water-sports and a Health Centre, which is about 2 km away.

The owner and the client will sign a private rental agreement between them with regards to the property reservation before the reservation takes place.

Payment options are: Internet/Online Banking Transfer or other kind of Banking Transfer or via PayPal. For PayPal payments you will receive an email from PayPal titled “PayPal Money Request”. The OWNER must receive the contract and 50% of the full payment in order to secure the reservation. Full payment must be received one month before arrival.

To cancel your booking, you must provide the Company with written notice of your cancellation. If the Company receives this notice at least 60 days prior to your arrival at the Property, the Company will retain 25% of your total rental fee. If the Company receives this notice less than 60 days prior to your arrival at the Property, all payments made by you are non-refundable. You are urged to obtain travel insurance for protection against, among other things, your inability to make the trip contemplated by this agreement. Such insurance is offered by Generali through the Company. This insurance covers the non-refundable portion of your trip. Please consult one of the contacts provided above with regards to Travel Insurance (page 3 of the agreement) for more details.

All RENTERS should immediately report any breakages, damages and any problems with the property to the COMPANY or the OWNER as soon as they occur so that they can be resolved for the next guest. The Company will reasonably endeavour to fix the problems but will not consider complaints filed after you have left the Property. All damages must be repaired and paid for at the time of occupancy by the Renter. Force Majeure. Neither the Company (including its Affiliates) nor the Owner will be liable for any damages, losses or injuries caused by conditions outside of that person’s control, including, without limitation, any fire, flood, hurricane, tsunami, war, revolution, terrorism or change to any law, regulation or government policy. Your Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for all damages, injuries and losses in connection with the occupancy or use of the Property by you or your guests. You must ensure that the Property and all furniture, fixtures and effects remain in the same condition and location as when you checked-in.
